The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has announced a major milestone in its mass registration drive, with 1.4 million new voters registered nationwide in just three weeks.
Chairperson Erastus Ethekon specifically lauded Turkana County for its exceptional turnout. With 47,000 new voters already on the books, Turkana currently leads the Rift Valley region and ranks among the top ten counties for registration activity.
