Keith Andrews, the head coach of Brentford, has signed a new long‑term contract that will keep him at the club until the summer of 2032. This extension reflects the club’s confidence in his leadership and vision following a strong season in charge.
Andrews took charge of Brentford in June 2025 after the departure of former manager Thomas Frank, stepping up from his previous role in the coaching staff. Under his guidance this season, Brentford have enjoyed one of their most successful Premier League campaigns, sitting seventh in the league with a club‑record points total at this stage
Brentford’s director of football, Phil Giles, praised Andrews’ impact, stating the boss has done “an outstanding job” and is a “really good fit for the club” given his ability to bring out the best in both players and staff. With the new deal agreed less than nine months into his tenure, the club sees stability and long‑term planning as key to building on recent progress.
The side has also made strong cup runs this season, reaching the Carabao Cup quarter‑finals and the FA Cup fifth round, underscoring the team’s growth and aspirations under Andrews.
Supporters and pundits alike see this contract as a major vote of confidence from Brentford’s hierarchy, signalling that the club is committed to sustained success under the 45‑year‑old’s leadership
